👉 “How much time do I need?”
✅ The BandUp25 Method will consist of only 25 minute workouts because we understand your time is valuable! It’s also proven you do not need any more than 25 minutes a day when exercising with resistance bands. This 25 minutes will go over a dynamic warmup, body weight exercises, resistance band exercises and yoga influenced stretching.
